At DIGOI Garage Management (a product of Raditon Intelligence Pvt Ltd), we are committed to delivering a high-quality SaaS platform for your garage and workshop operations. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations clearly and fairly.
Please read this policy carefully before subscribing. By purchasing a DIGOI subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
⚡ Quick Summary: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied. Post that window, refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis for annual plans. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing cycle starts.
2. Free Trial
DIGOI may offer a free trial period for new users. During the free trial, you will not be charged. The trial period and its duration will be clearly communicated at the time of sign-up. No refund is applicable for the trial period as no payment is collected.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your DIGOI subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at info@voius.in.
- Monthly Plan: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current month.
- Annual Plan: Cancellation takes effect immediately. A pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining full months (days are not counted), subject to a processing fee of ₹500 + applicable GST.
4. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial payment date. This applies only to first-time subscribers and only once per account.
- Technical Failure: If the platform is completely inaccessible for more than 72 continuous hours due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a service credit equivalent to the affected period.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the 7-day satisfaction window.
- Failure to use the platform or features during the subscription period.
- Violations of our Terms and Conditions resulting in account suspension or termination.
- Third-party costs such as SMS charges, payment gateway fees, or GST filing fees incurred through third-party integrations.
- Add-on features or one-time purchases (e.g., onboarding assistance, custom integrations).
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email, subscription plan, payment date, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account).
- Processing time varies by payment method: typically 5–7 business days for cards and 2–3 business days for UPI/bank transfers.
- GST paid on the original transaction may not be refundable as per Indian GST regulations.
8. Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of a monetary refund. Service credits are applied to your DIGOI account and can be used towards future subscription payments. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and are non-transferable.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the DIGOI platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
