Your Right to Data Deletion
At DIGOI Garage Management (operated by Raditon Intelligence Pvt Ltd), we respect your right to control your personal data. In accordance with applicable data protection principles and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.
This page explains exactly what data we hold about you, what gets deleted, what is retained for legal compliance, and how to submit a deletion request.

What Data We Hold About You
Depending on how you have used DIGOI, we may hold the following categories of your data:
- Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, city, business name.
- Business Data: Job cards, customer records, vehicle histories, invoices, inventory, and reports you have created within the platform.
- Usage Data: Login records, feature usage logs, IP address history, device/browser information.
- Communication Data: Emails and support tickets exchanged with our team.
- Payment Data: Transaction IDs and billing history (card/bank details are held by our payment processor, not by us).
How to Submit a Deletion Request
Follow these steps to request deletion of your data:

Send an email to info@voius.in
Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request — [Your Registered Email]" -
Include the following in your email:
Your full name, the email address registered with DIGOI, your phone number (for identity verification), and a brief description of what you'd like deleted (full account, specific data, etc.) -
Identity Verification
We will send a verification OTP to your registered phone number or email to confirm your identity before processing the request. -
Confirmation and Processing
Once verified, we will send you a confirmation email. Your data will be deleted within 30 calendar days of verified request receipt. -
Completion Notice
You will receive a final email confirming that your data has been deleted from our active systems, along with details of any data retained for legal compliance.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, the following will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, business details).
- All job cards, customer records, and vehicle histories created under your account.
- Inventory and spare parts data associated with your account.
- Communication history with DIGOI support (where not legally required to retain).
- Login and usage logs older than your data deletion date.
- Your marketing preferences and contact list entry.
What Is Retained After Deletion
Certain data must be retained even after deletion, due to legal requirements under Indian law:
- GST and Financial Records: Invoices and billing records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by the GST Act and Companies Act, 2013. These records are anonymised and cannot be linked back to your identity.
- Fraud Prevention Records: If your account was associated with fraudulent activity, basic identifying records may be retained to prevent future fraud.
- Aggregated Analytics: Anonymous, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked to you may be retained indefinitely.
- Legal Dispute Records: If there is an ongoing legal dispute, data pertinent to the matter will be retained until its resolution.
Effect of Deletion on Your Account
Please be aware of the following when you submit a deletion request:
- Your DIGOI account will be permanently deactivated and cannot be restored after deletion.
- All active subscriptions will be cancelled. Refer to our Refund Policy for any applicable refunds.
- You will lose access to all job cards, reports, customer records, and analytics stored in the platform.
- We strongly recommend exporting your data (via account settings → Export Data) before submitting a deletion request.
Partial Deletion Requests
If you wish to delete only specific data (e.g., a particular customer's records) rather than your full account, please mention this clearly in your email. Our team will assess the feasibility and process the partial deletion accordingly.
Third-Party Data
DIGOI uses third-party services to operate the platform (e.g., Firebase for data storage, payment processors for transactions). When you request deletion:
- We will instruct our third-party processors to delete your personal data from their systems as well, subject to their own retention policies and legal requirements.
- Payment gateway data (e.g., Razorpay) is subject to their own data retention policies, which we cannot override.
Response Timeline
- Acknowledgement: Within 48 hours of request receipt.
- Identity Verification: Within 3 business days.
- Deletion Completion: Within 30 calendar days of verified request.
- Completion Notice: Sent via email once all deletions are processed.
